Under the answering machine

Ok...This time I'm putting the rent money fully visible under the answering machine as a paperweight. The answering machine is on a stool where there couldn't possibly be any clutter so she cannot "accidentally throw out the rent money." If she comes up to me in the next month asking if I had paid rent yet and saying the "I hope you didn't put it on the cluttered table; I might have thrown it away accidentally" speech, I'm going to go cRaZZZy!!!
